Introducing Cayden Redd, a valued member of the Bates & Myers team who brings not only professional expertise but also a deep commitment to community service and engagement.

Based in the vibrant community of Waxahachie, Cayden plays an integral role in supporting local initiatives aimed at enriching the lives of others. As an Assistant for the Education Foundation for the Waxahachie Independent School District (WISD), Cayden’s focus on social media management is instrumental in amplifying the Foundation’s message, particularly in highlighting scholarship and grant opportunities. Through his strategic approach, Cayden ensures that deserving students and educators receive the recognition and support they need to thrive.

In addition to his work with the Education Foundation, Cayden serves as the dedicated coordinator for the annual WISD Stuff the Bus donation drive. Collaborating closely with local nonprofits, Cayden orchestrates efforts to gather essential resources for families in need, embodying the spirit of community outreach and compassion.

Scheduled to graduate in December of 2024, Cayden is on the verge of achieving a significant milestone, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of North Texas. Complemented by a minor in Nonprofit Leadership Studies, Cayden’s academic pursuits reflect his dedication to communication excellence and his passion for making a difference in the world.

Outside of his professional and academic endeavors, Cayden finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, including spending quality time with his family, exploring new destinations around the globe, and cherishing the companionship of his beloved Mini Goldendoodle, Wrigley. With an adventurous spirit and a heart full of compassion, Cayden approaches each day with enthusiasm and a deep appreciation for the connections that enrich his life.
